TICKET REFUND POLICY
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES.
Notwithstanding, in the event an event is cancelled,
the ticket purchaser will automatically receive a refund not to exceed the face value of the ticket.
Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been
damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.
DISCLAIMER
The Den on Sunset shall not be liable for any default resulting from force majeure, which shall be deemed to include any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party or parties affected. No action, regardless of form, arising out of or pertaining to the purchase of tickets herein may be brought by the ticket purchaser more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued. The Den on Sunset shall not be liable for any claim or demand against the ticket purchaser by a third party.
The Den On Sunset venue may have specific requirements for admission to the event and/or premises, including, but not limited to, minimum age requirements and dress codes. By purchasing a ticket, each ticket purchaser agrees to comply with any and all requirements set forth by the event venue. The ticket purchaser further agrees to hold The Den On Sunset harmless from any damages caused by a denial of entry for failure to comply with the event venue’s entry requirement.
